Haroon Usmani brings valuable business experience to Clove & Capital Coffee LLC. For five years, he worked alongside his father in a mechanic shop, where he developed skills in customer service, managing inventory, and ordering parts.
Haroon also has a background as a distributor in import/export, further enhancing his expertise in logistics and supply chain management. His diverse experience contributes to the operational strength of Clove & Capital Coffee LLC.
Saad Padela
Saad Padela is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background in business management, finance, and data science. He earned his Master of Information and Data Science (MIDS) from the UC Berkeley School of Information in 2018, equipping him with advanced analytical skills to solve complex business challenges.
With over four years of experience as an Airbnb owner, Saad has honed his expertise in hospitality, property management, and customer satisfaction. His financial acumen and hands-on approach have enabled him to streamline operations and optimize returns across multiple ventures.
As a co-founder of Clove & Capital Coffee LLC, Saad leverages his finance background and entrepreneurial experience to build a successful franchise of Haraz Coffee House, specializing in Yemeni-style coffee and tea. His leadership ensures the business remains focused on delivering a premium coffee experience while maintaining operational efficiency.
